Baileigh MWDC-550H 5HP 460V 3PH Wet Dust Collector

The Baileigh MWDC-550H 5 HP 460V 3-Phase Wet Dust Collector delivers powerful, water-based dust extraction for demanding metal polishing applications. Its wet separation technology captures sub-5-micron particles and polishing fumes that conventional dry filters may miss, while helping reduce spark ignition and fire risks when collecting reactive or combustible metal dust. With 3,100 CFM airflow and 15,151 FPM velocity, it provides strong extraction performance while operating at just 75 dB from 5 feet for quieter shop operation. The 45L/70L collection drum features an easy-view water level window for convenient monitoring and maintenance. Designed for 460V, 3-phase operation, it draws only 4.5A at full load with a recommended 10A circuit breaker. The system also supports a shop’s path toward NFPA 660 combustible dust compliance. Includes a 1-year parts warranty and Baileigh Lifetime Technical Support for long-term equipment support.
