Baileigh MDC-550 5HP 230V 3PH Dry Dust Collector

The Baileigh 5 HP 230V 3-Phase Dry Dust Collector delivers powerful dust extraction for demanding metalworking shops, producing 3,583 CFM of airflow through a 10-inch inlet. Dual 5-inch inlet ports allow one collector to serve two wide-belt sanders or polishing stations simultaneously, improving shop efficiency. Two 5-micron paper filters capture 95.4% of 3–10 micron particles to help maintain cleaner air, while the 126L fireproof non-woven dust bag provides high-capacity collection and easy disposal. Designed for 230V, 3-phase operation with 14A full-load current and a recommended 30A breaker, the collector also features UL 1017 certification for added electrical safety and NFPA 660 compliance support. A removable-key start/stop switch doubles as a multifunction emergency stop, while integrated casters simplify repositioning for cleaning or shop layout changes. Includes a 1-year parts warranty and Baileigh Lifetime Technical Support.
