Baileigh LB-8 Manual 8 Inch Open-Ended Letter Brake

The Baileigh LB-8 Manual 8 Inch Open-Ended Letter Brake is designed to make channel letter fabrication faster and easier for sign shops. Its open-jaw design allows the lip of a channel letter to hang out the front of the brake while the bend is being made, eliminating the need to work the material through a conventional box and pan brake. The open-ended design also lets operators flip the material over for reverse bends without sliding it completely into and back out of the machine. A 2.25-inch by 2.25-inch boxed-tube main column provides rigidity, while sealed ball bearings fully support the bending side for smooth operation. The LB-8 is typically kept in stock for quick shipment and includes a 1-year parts warranty along with lifetime technical support by phone.
