Baileigh HPB-78NC 230V 3PH 78 Ton Horizontal Press Brake

The Baileigh HPB-78NC 78 Ton Horizontal Press Brake combines high hydraulic force with precise electronic positioning for demanding fabrication work. Electronic encoders provide bending accuracy of ±0.002 inches, while the NC programmer stores up to 50 programs with 10 bends per program. Operators can control the bending stroke with two buttons or a foot pedal, adjust hydraulic pressure for the material, or use manual mode for setup and one-off projects. The 37.4-inch-high machined table keeps material level and square during bending, while the bolted manual back gauge supports repeatable positioning and efficient production runs. A quick-release tooling system makes die changes fast, and the included single-V tooling can be supplemented with attachments for punching, straightening, shearing, and pipe bending. The 4,580-pound steel frame provides a rigid foundation for industrial production.
