The Baileigh HPB-45NC 45 Ton Horizontal Press Brake combines hydraulic power, electronic positioning, and versatile tooling for fabricating thick but relatively narrow parts. Electronic encoders provide bending accuracy of ±0.002 inches, while the NC programmer stores up to 50 programs with 10 bends per program. Operators can control the stroke with two buttons or a foot pedal, adjust hydraulic pressure for different materials, or use manual mode for setup and one-off projects. A 36-inch-high machined table keeps the material level, while the bolted manual back gauge supports repeatable positioning during production runs. The quick-release tooling system simplifies die changes, and the included 80mm single-V tooling can be supplemented with attachments for punching, straightening, shearing, and pipe bending. Its 2,266-pound steel frame provides a rigid foundation for demanding shop applications.
