The Baileigh HB-14418 144 Inch Straight Hand Brake provides a full 12 feet of bending length for HVAC shops and other sheet metal applications requiring extra-long capacity. It bends 18-gauge mild steel and 22-gauge stainless steel across its entire length and reaches a maximum bend angle of 135°. A precisely machined single blade keeps the bending radius tight, while cast iron clamping and bending components are machined to tight tolerances to support accurate results. A material stop rod helps maintain repeatability between bends, and two large counterweights reduce physical strain during full-capacity bending. The heavy-duty steel floor stand provides a comfortable working height, while the nearly 4,000-pound electro-welded steel plate construction helps maintain rigidity for accurate bends over years of use.
