The Baileigh BP-9078NC 78 Inch 90 Ton Hydraulic Press Brake provides 90 tons of hydraulic pressure for industrial sheet metal fabrication across a full 78-inch working width. Its 10 HP main motor operates on 220-volt, 3-phase power, while two encoder-controlled hydraulic cylinders move the top beam. Three operating modes provide flexibility for setup, manual control, and production. Separate DROs display the downward stroke and back gauge positions, helping operators make precise, repeatable bends. The motorized back gauge uses a solid ball screw trolley mechanism, while a parallel beam mechanism synchronizes the top and bottom dies across the machine's width. An 8,800-pound heavy electrowelded steel frame provides rigidity for production use. The press brake includes hardened single-Vee American tooling, front material rests, a 6-light safety curtain, a 1-year parts warranty, and lifetime phone technical support.
