Baileigh BP-5060NC 60 Inch 50 Ton Hydraulic Press Brake

The Baileigh BP-5060NC 50 Ton 60 Inch Hydraulic Press Brake delivers powerful, controlled bending across its full 61-inch width. Three operating modes provide flexibility for setup, manual operation, and production, while two encoder-controlled hydraulic cylinders move the top beam and digital readouts display stroke and back gauge positions. A motorized back gauge with a solid ball screw trolley mechanism helps provide consistent positioning, while the parallel beam mechanism synchronizes the dies for better-quality bends across the machine's width. The heavy electro-welded steel frame and 6,000-pound construction provide a rigid foundation for production use. Hardened single-Vee American tooling, front material rests, and a 6-light safety curtain are included. The press brake also features a 1-year parts warranty and lifetime phone technical support.
