This translates to pulling force comparable to a 3.5-4.5lb manual slide hammer on hard joints such as stubborn rusted solid parts, and 4.5-6lb on soft joint tasks like pulley removal or dent pulling. The unique design offers both an extension rod and spindle with matching 5/8"-18 threads. This lets you use it as a standard slide hammer when needed or convert it to a stubby configuration for tight spaces where traditional slide hammers would not have enough room to operate. For added control, the lever throttle provides on-the-fly adjustment of force and speed. Simply focus on the job at hand while the tool delivers the power you need. The air hammer's performance scales with the incoming air pressure and volume, with a normal operating range of 90-120psi.
