Astro Pneumatic Tools 3/8 Inch Capacity XL Rivet Nut Drill Adapter Kit

The Astro ADN38 XL rivet nut drill adapter kit - 3/8 In. capacity is made from a single CNC machined piece of aluminum billet and features Japanese bearings. Easily convert a cordless, pneumatic, or corded drill into a power rivet nut setter. This kit includes 8 mandrels and nosepieces in the following SAE and metric sizes: 10-24, 1/4-20, 5/16-18, 3/8-16 and M5, M6, M8 & M10. For aluminum and steel rivets nuts use a 12V and up corded drill or an 18V and up for larger sizes like M10 & 3/8 In. and for stainless rivet nuts (all drills must feature torque limited clutch.)

Requirements of cordless driving tool: Adjustable torque setting. Chuck capacity of 6.35 mm (1/4 In.) shank. Min 12V for aluminum, or M5 and 10-24 steel rivet nuts. Min 14.4V for steel rivet nuts in M6, M8, 1/4 In. & 5/16 In. or stainless in M5 or 10-24. Min Full-size 18V+ for M10 and 3/8 In. rivet nuts and all other sizes in stainless steel. WEAR GLOVES. Clutch provides a felt and/or audible indication of reaching max setting

Requirements of electric or pneumatic driving tool: Adjustable torque setting. Chuck capacity of 6.35 mm (1/4 In.) shank. With maximum torque > 190 In./Lbs for aluminum and steel rivet nuts in smaller sizes. With maximum torque > 400 In./Lbs for stainless steel rivet nuts
