Description

Armada Technologies PRO881 IC4 Digital Underground Cable Locator

The Armada PRO881 IC4 digital underground cable locator provides fast, accurate tracking for irrigation, CATV, electrical, telephone, and lighting applications. Its digital reception and noise rejection help filter unwanted AC interference, improving signal clarity in electrically noisy environments. The locator tracks 2 kHz, 33 kHz, and induction transmitter frequencies with selectable null or peak tracking for flexible signal detection. A simple three-button control layout makes operation straightforward for both experienced technicians and new maintenance staff. The included IC4 inductive clamp injects a 175 kHz signal into cables without requiring service disconnection, improving convenience and reducing disruption during troubleshooting. The complete system includes the locator, transmitter controls, alligator clips, inductive clamp, stereo headset, and carrying case. Designed for contractors, utility technicians, irrigation professionals, and maintenance teams, the PRO881 delivers practical underground locating performance in a portable, easy-to-use package. Complete carrying case organizes locator, clips, clamp, controls, and accessories for field use.
