Makita 40V max XGT Dual Bevel Sliding Compound Miter Saw 8 1/2in Kit

The Makita 40 Volt Max XGT® dual bevel sliding compound miter saw kit includes triangular rule (762001-3), 8-1/2 Inch 45T carbide-tipped max efficiency miter saw blade (E-06965), 4.0 Amp-hour battery (BL4040), hex wrench (783022-2), rapid optimum charger (DC40RA) and a dust bag. This miter saw provides 4800 RPM for faster and smoother cutting. The rail-forward design maximizes workspace when the miter saw is positioned flush against a wall. It has a large 2-3/4 Inch x 12-1/4 Inch cutting capacity at 90 degree. The saw miters 0 to 60 degree left and right and bevels from 0 to 48 degree left and right. Tool features efficient brushless motor that runs cooler and more efficiently for longer tool life. Saw featuring Automatic Speed Change™ technology, adjust cutting speed and torque under load for optimum performance and a soft start to suppress start-up reaction for smooth start-ups and longer gear life. It has extension wings for cutting longer materials and retract for easier storage. An electric brake of tool provides maximum productivity. The Auto-start Wireless System technology (AWS®) make use of Bluetooth® technology for wireless communication between the tool and dust extractor. When the trigger of the AWS-equipped saw is engaged, the AWS-equipped dust extractor powers-up. When the trigger is released, the dust extractor powers-down. This AWS® is an intelligent communication technology that eliminates cords and excessive noise since the dust extractor runs only when the tool is running. The XGT® system is engineered to deliver high power to take on high-demand applications, thus allowing users to completely transition to a cordless job site. This system is equipped with advanced brushless motor engineering, intelligent digital communication and superior durability features to out power, outsmart and outlast the rest.
