The 4-Inch Diablo® Bi-Metal Recip Blade For Metal (3/32-Inch To 5/16-Inch) (2 Pack) lasts up to five times longer than standard blades. It’s made using a unique sintering process called liquid metal technology. This involves fine metallic powder being liquefied and compressed under an extremely high temperature to achieve an ultra-hardened cutting edge. As a result, the Diablo 4-inch bi-metal recip blade scores an HRC 62 rating on the Rockwell hardness scale, making it far more durable than typical HRC 55 alternatives.

Patented variable tooth technology means you can cut faster with less vibration using this 14/18 TPI Diablo bi-metal reciprocating saw blade. Also reducing vibration and ensuring a straight cut is the 1-inch deep demolition blade body. A Perma-SHIELD® non-stick coating protects against corrosion, friction, heat and gumming, improving performance and decreasing maintenance needs. The blade is ideal for sawing through metal or nail-embedded wood.
