The saw has a variable-speed range of between 400 and 1,750 strokes per minute for delicate or rugged work. The DEWALT 20-inch variable-speed scroll saw also operates with twin parallel-link arms that soften movement and sound. Blades can be changed without tools, and controls for power, variable speed, dust blower and blade tensioner are co-located on the front arm. The DEWALT variable-speed scroll saw can work with DEWALT's scroll saw stand and work light. This combo kit also includes the DEWALT scroll stand (DW7880) that is a great accessory to have when you don’t have a lot of work bench space.
