Late Shipments

Soon after your order with acmetools.com ships you should receive an e-mail notification that includes tracking information for your shipment. We expect that you will receive your shipment within the timeframes detailed under Estimate Delivery Time. If two business days (one business day for FedEx expedited shipments) have passed beyond this timeframe please use the Contact Us form or call us at 1-877-345-ACME (2263).

Damaged Shipments (FedEx)

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please let the driver know and refuse the shipment. Then please use the Contact Us form or call us at 1-877-345-ACME (2263) to arrange for a replacement order.

Damaged Shipments (Freight)

A signature is required upon delivery of freight shipments. Before signing the freight bill of lading, inspect the shipment for damages and shortages. Note any damages on the bill of lading. It is your responsibility to verify the condition of the merchandise that you receive. In the event of a problem, contact an ACME TOOLS Customer Support Agent at 1-877-345-ACME (2263).
