We stand behind our "no hassle" guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly replace the item or refund your money. Registered Users can process returns through the Order History link or by calling for a return authorization. Guest Users can process returns by using the Contact Us form or by calling for a return authorization.

If the returned merchandise does not match all applicable criteria set forth in this policy, it will be rejected and returned to User at User’s expense, User’s credit request, if any, will be denied, replacement orders will not be made, and User will be charged for all shipping charges that may be incurred by ACME TOOLS. By requesting a return, User agrees to pay all shipping costs of the returned merchandise to and from ACME TOOLS if such return request is rejected for any reason.

Defective Merchandise (Must have return authorization) Can be returned only in exchange for the exact same merchandise or, at ACME TOOLS’ sole discretion, the purchase price and shipping fees may be refunded by the original method of payment used in the purchase of such merchandise. For defective merchandise, a return authorization may be granted only within 30 days of the date the merchandise was shipped from the warehouse, regardless of when the merchandise was actually delivered. Once User’s return is processed, and is verified by ACME TOOLS in its sole and absolute discretion to meet the applicable criteria for defective merchandise, a replacement order will be submitted for processing and fulfillment, subject to the availability of the merchandise.

All returned merchandise must include the following:

1. Original packaging (including original box, Styrofoam, bubble wrap, plastic bags, etc.).
2. Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.
3. Original packing slip.
4. All accessories, including cords, carrying cases, transformers, remote controls, batteries, assembly tools, etc.
5. All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, registration information, and other documentation.

Non-Defective Merchandise (Must have return authorization) Unless otherwise described in this policy, User has 30 days from the date the merchandise was shipped by or on behalf of ACME TOOLS to get a return authorization from ACME TOOLS and get the merchandise to a shipper to return to ACME TOOLS. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee up to 15% of purchase price.

Gasoline-powered items Gasoline-powered items cannot be returned to ACME TOOLS once gas has been added to the machine. If gas has been added, the unit must be taken to an authorized service center for repair, which is typically covered under warranty. Consult your product manual or the manufacturer for additional warranty information.

Returned merchandise will be processed within 10 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) after receipt of the merchandise by ACME TOOLS.

Except as provided for in this policy, User will be responsible for all shipping charges for merchandise sent to ACME TOOLS for return. Upon ACME TOOLS’ acceptance of the merchandise in like-new condition in full conformance with this policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase. For merchandise purchased with an ACME TOOLS gift card as the sole payment method, ACME TOOLS will refund the balance due to User in the form of a new ACME TOOLS gift card. The risk of loss for the merchandise being returned shall also remain with User at all times during the shipment of such merchandise to ACME TOOLS. Title to the merchandise being returned will remain with User at all times until actual receipt of the merchandise by ACME TOOLS or the applicable manufacturer.
