Features

The Worx WG191 56 V max Li-Ion 13 In. Cordless grass trimmer is part of the new Worx 56 V PowerShare program. The WG191 features a new command feed system, that can advance trimmer line instantly. No more bumping or waiting for line to advance before cutting. With command feed, the user electronically controls when to feed more line by pressing, then releasing, a pushbutton above the trigger. This feature not only conserves line, but eliminates downtime when edging and waiting for additional line to advance. This trimmer uses a thicker professional line (.080 in. diameter), 1 In. x 20 Ft. in length that is more durable than conventional line. Worx incorporates a quick-change, easy-to-load, pre-wound spool accessory, so there's no fumbling with line changes. The trimmer also has a new method to switch from trimming to edging. This new twist-and-edge feature operates smoothly for a seamless transition between functions by simply pressing button at the top of the shaft and turning it. The WG191 comes with two wheels to SoniShear the tool while edging, but those wheels can be removed and housed on the lower shaft to give you full visibility while in trimming mode. The trimmer head pivots from 0 degrees to 90 degrees to give you any angle you need for trimming and edging.

Additional Features

  • Gas-like variable speed control for additional runtime
  • Innovative command feed spool system for instant line feeding
  • Professional-grade trimmer line
  • Long lasting max Lithium power with battery indicator

Customer Reviews
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to setup and use I was tired of having problems getting my gas powered trimmer started that I decided to make the switch to battery powered equipment. I have some pretty tough weeds where I live and this weed trimmer did the job without any fuel or oil. I have no regrets in purchasing this item. Glad I waited for a more powerful one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Light weight, easy to use We did have a problem with a plastic part breaking off. The company was excellent to work with to resolve the problem. Haven't had customer service like this in a long time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better Than Expected I was pleasantly surprised by the operation of this trimmer. Used a battery powered trimmer years ago that was 12v and quickly decided that it had little value for the job. Used gas powered trimmers for the next 40 years, then gave this 56v a try. Wish I had it 40 years ago. Ease of operation, balance, and line life are positives for me. The only negative is the amount of debris that gets by the line guard, but that is quite tolerable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for women! I bought this string trimmer because I could not handle my husband's string trimmer. I wanted something that was lighter and easier to use and maintain. This is the perfect string trimmer and I love all of it's features!!!!My cousin told me about it because she has one and just loves it. I would recommend this string trimmer to everyone! It is wonderful and well worth the money!!!!!!! Jayda Hamilton

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Way to...GO Bought a couple of weeks ago with the shrub trimmer which use the same size battery... Love that I have 2 batteries when doing a job there's a back up... The new style heavy duty weed eater is different to the old one which I still have, and took some getting use to. With the heavier line on a larger coil it just eats up what ever you're cutting really fast! Love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use and very powerful. I bought the 56 volt because I had heard the smaller ones didn't have enough power. Man am I glad I did. As much power as a gas trimmer and the auto feed function is awesome; I always hated "tapping" to feed the line. I wish the line was a little heavier but when you aren't trimming next to chain-link or rough rocks it is amazing. I trimmed about 100 feet along a smooth wall in tall grass before I even had to advance the line. Best I have ever seen or done.
