Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Cutting I have only used it twice since I got it, my Toro mulcher cuts the grass and leaves incredibly. However, in those 2 starts, it does sputter a little, hope it is just warming up to me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Mower This is the second Toro 20370 that I have bought. My first was stolen but it was almost three years old, and I never had any problems with it. The new mower actually seems to be improved. The first had a small amount trouble mowing very tall grass but this one powers through it. Also, they recommend fuel stabilizer now. It does only need to have the oil changed once after the first few hours of mowing and then once a year after that. It required more frequent oil changes before. The front-left wheel does have a click when I'm pushing it though. It doesn't affect the mower, and you can't here it while it is cranked.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Oil Filler Funnel for my Kohler Engine is needed. Also, packaging for shipment is LOUSY!!!! 1. My mower bounced around in its cardboard box during shipment or before shipment during handling.... Resulting in one of the height adjustment handles being bent and unusable until I manually bent and beat it into shape. Also, The air-intake cover had been scraped and beat-up such-that it and the filter would pop off while mowing....After occuring multiple times, I had to "tape" this Air-Intake-Cover securely with Gorilla-Tape. 2. I need a good reusable "oil-filler Funnel". The "Insert TAB A into TAB B to create Funnel" provided with this mower is a feeble attempt at providing a good and reusable product! I have attempted to find a decent funnel on-line to no-avail.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Mower Used 6 times now. Starts great, runs great, cuts great. If I were to change anything, I would suggest to mark the grass cutting length on the wheel adjustments.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Fell apart I've had this mower for four years. In the first year the bagging flap tab broke ejecting the springs to hold it in the closed position. Then one of the inner front wheel covers broke, allowing dirt and grass to get in there, making it so the wheel would no longer turn. The next year the cheap plastic used to direct the grass to bag broke out. Then the fun stuff started to happen. The seam of the metal body on the bottom of the side discharge shute broke. I welded it. The cracking of the metal did not stop there. Two years later the same place broke. And started to crack from two places in that opening. Then back under by the back wheels started to crack. the whole body is weak at this point. It then cracked all along the curved area behind the motor. I finally get to use my welding schooling and welded for one hour last night, and i'll finish it up tonight. The motor now runs so so. self propulsion has not worked to 16 months. I will be buying another mower of some sort come February.
