Rated 5 out of 5 by from Reaming Screwdriver I got this tool recently, it should not be missing in the toolbox. Very useful and solid construction. Comfortable Grip, Reaming head can be removed and used with power drill (preferably a battery-operated unit). Reams insede and out side of conduit simultaneously. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Versatile conduit reamer Excellent reaming tool for 1/2", 3/4", and 1" emt. It is definitely a solid hand tool, plus the reaming end pulls out of the handle to chuck in a drill. It works perfectly in my Milwaukee M12 drill, doesn't need a whole lot of power to operate and makes it super quick. If doing just a few pieces of conduit, just pop it back into the handle and do it by hand. One problem- the reamer pops out of the handle fairly easily especially if it gets caught a little in the conduit or your tool belt or pants pocket, annoying! Rated 5 out of 5 by from Reamer I have been waiting to write this reamer. I have put it to work the last few week. What I can say is that I love it. I have always had the other brand, so far this software reamer works amazing. Also the puting it in your drill is awesome. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 1 out of 5 by from South wire conduit fitting reaming screwdriver This reaming tool gets caught on every single pipe cut I make. Therefore I would not recommend this tool it's a time killer when your in a hurry. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 2 out of 5 by from SDCFR I received this a little over a week ago and have found a few things that are just not up to par. First the reaming blade isn't deep enough to cleanly ream 1/2" emt. Second the 5/16" screwdriver blade isn't lined up with the reaming blade so you don't know it's orientation without looking. The reaming head does come out of the handle and placed in a drill but ti's not 1'4" hex, so no impact or quick change. The reaming head is only held in with a ball detent. The SDCFR works but there are better options. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Multi-Purpose Tool I was comparing this conduit tool to a similar one that was fixed to the screwdriver shank and had an exposed straight blade tip. The Southwire model allowed me to tighten fitting screws without slipping off as with my exposed tip version. The fact that I could remove the reaming tool from the body and chuck it into a drill is definitely a plus. Less fatigue and increased production. One suggestion would be that if the handle grooves where the shank goes in was a bit wider, the handle could also be used to tighten wing nuts. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfortable Tool with Standard features Th3 Conduit Fitting Reaming Screwdriver work reasonable well. Had some troubles using with Bridgeport 3/4" fittings, but wold very well with RACO and Arlington fittings. The reaming function worked extremely well cleaning multiple cuts in 1/2" and 3/4" EMT. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good, well built conduit reamer I have used 2 other brands of conduit reamers over the years and this one is fairly the same. I do like how you can replace the blade much easier by removing a screw rather than having to beat out a roll pin. One thing I don't think I will use is the option to chuck up in a drill, I feel there is a good chance of breaking the blade if it gets hung up on a good burr when being powered by a drill. Other than that I am happy with the product. I see no difference in quality between southwire and its competitors product, it is built just as well and should last a long time unless I lose it first.
