Features

The Milwaukee® M12™ Compact Vacuum lets you clean a jobsite or your workshop. It's part of the versatile M12 tool series, and runs on the same batteries you already use for the rest of your M12 tools. The Milwaukee cordless vacuum can suck up 33 cubic feet per minute for fast cleaning. A transparent canister makes it easy to see how much of the vacuum is full. You can conveniently reuse the 42-pleat filter multiple times. You can lock on the compact canister vacuum with a switch, so you don't have to hold down a trigger while you work. The crevice tool lets you clean corners while the extension wand provides you with a longer reach. The utility nozzle spreads the suction pattern for faster work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very handy to clean up small messes We use this vacuum on all our service trucks. It is not intended to clean a whole jobsite or house, but for quick easy clean up when sawing, drilling, or getting in tight areas where dust and debris fall, it is a great product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from M12 Vacuum 0850-20 Great compact vacuum, I use it at work and at home. Suction is great too, just have to clean the filter out once in a while.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Vacuum for Household USE We use this around out home all of the time. We have had dust buster type units before which are totally worthless. I have a Milwaukee 12volt drill and charger so it is easy to switch out batteries. When the filter is dirty, I use my shop vacuum and compressed air system to clean the filter.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Did I get a bad one? I install/service commercial AV and this vacuum performs far below my expectations. It barely picks up drywall and saw dust on sealed surfaces let alone carpet. With the name and reputation of Milwaukee I expected it to draw in dust 6" from the tip, minimum. Instead, I have to tap the piles and that doesn't always work. I am sold on the 12v system for my regular needs. I use the hammer drill (2408-22) and the hackzall (2520-21XC)with confidence. I was expecting a similar impression of performance with this item as well.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from ppor suction Great Milwaukee Quality but poor suction and design, the filter clogs fast causing the already poor suction to become even worse. I would like to just return mine and get some other Milwaukee product that i may not own. I have not tried the M18 vacuum and after using this one i do not intend to. I'll await a Fuel 1/4" ratchet or Fuel JigSaw

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Need to be redesign this vac is ok.. its the same old design. its not bad but the filter is another story. the filter to work great for a bit but after a bit of cleaning some drywall or wood work the loses all suction and need to replace it to the power back.. if anything please come out with new filter that doesn't suction with light cleaning..

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I expected better I have been using Milwaukee tools for over 40 years and still have several power tools in service. Over the past two years I have been replacing my older cordless tools with many of the M12 / M18 product line. I have been more than satisfied with the performance of the new tools. However, this vacuum falls short of the quality and performance I expect from MIlwaukee Tools. It's used primarily for quick cleanup of sawdust/chips and metal drill/grinding shavings from my shop tools. When used with a fully charged battery and a clean filter it performs ok....not great, but ok. It lacks power to lift anything but the lightest debris. I feel this may be due in part to what I consider a poor filter design. The filter element lacks a pre-filter shroud to block particles to prevent the filter from clogging ( This isn't a new idea. Other companies used such a shroud over 20 years ago). This results in the waste quickly clogging the filter and reducing suction. I find it frustrating to need to stop and clear out the filter when the debris canister is less than half full. IF Milwaukee could address this problem it could make this unit much more efficient and a better choice than a larger shop vac. For me, this is a miss in a line of winning tools.
