Choose the IRWIN® Quick-Grip® 6-Inch C-Clamp for its angled design to get heavy-weight clamping power. Use the clamp to keep dense wood pressed together tightly after gluing or to secure metal pieces for welding or drilling. The 6-inch Irwin C- clamp has a holding force of more than 1,000 pounds, with a throat depth of 3 1/2 inches. Its clamping bar has double-rolled threading to give you quick clamping speed. The large handle of the 6-inch C-clamp gives you more leverage for applying pressure on clamped surfaces with minimal effort. The handle also glides easily in its slot. A large swivel pad on the clamping bar of the Irwin Quick-Grip C-clamp provides more surface area for less marring.
