Customer Reviews
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very impressive In the past 17 years I have used two Porter Cable, one Bositch and the Hitachi NR83A3 frame nailers through very heavy use. The Hitachi is by far the best. It is rugged, very reliable, light weight and easy (quick) to load. This nailer has paid for itself in short time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nr83a3s When my dad framed we only used hitachi and really had few if any problems with the nailers they are 16 years old and we have replaced a few driver blades witch broke from daily use in the winter they were the made in japan version of this nail I recently desided to go with hitachi after looking at max pasloade and senco the max nailers don't seem to have the drive power and you have to take a peace off the trigger for bump fire senco are verry exspensive and to get there good model frame pro xp952 about. 350 in va not worth it with the pasloade I love the paper tape nails but about twice the cost as plastic and you have to switch triggers for bump fire so in the end I went for reputation and vale btw the nr90ae is not near as good nails jam in hot weather 2 3/8 for sure driver blades break in cold btw they are twice the cost to replace over the. 83 anyone who will use this any mount of time go with the 83 from the bestart

Rated 5 out of 5 by from THE BEST NAIL GUN ON THE MARKET FRAMING FOR OVER 30 YEARS THESE NAIL GUNS ARE INDESTRUCTIBLE

Rated 4 out of 5 by from the only one Bought a new one because the part for my old one would take more than a day. My old one I've had for about ten years. It replaced one that got stolen. I use my gun five days a week. No other nail guns compare to Hitachi nail guns. I've used other guns and always asked the owners how they can use that gun and most of their replies are, "cheaper". I guess they don't get that ten cheap guns is more expensive than one great gun. Thanks Hitachi for making a good, reliable and comfortable product.
