Customer Reviews
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid machine I have been using this machine for about a year now on various cabinet and furniture projects. It works very well, quickly and accurately producing mortises which accept tenons with just a little clean-up by hand for a good glue joint. Setting up the machine for any given job is pretty straight forward and doesn't take much time. I've used smaller, lower powered mortising machines and higher powered old-fashioned foot-operated machines also. This machine operates better than any other I've used. So far my only criticism is with the adjustable depth-of-cut lock - Occasionally it has slipped and the chisel went too deep. I'm afraid that if I put any more pressure on the locking screw its knob will eventually strip off. This is a small problem however, because I can control the depth of cut by other means.
