Individual will be responsible for all accounting functions related to the Rental Division at Acme Tools as well as synchronize and reconcile transactions between the rental software and corporate general ledger. This individual will be the primary resource for problem solving accounting issues related to the company's main ERP software and rental software. Assist in the development and implementation of financial systems designed to analyze and measure key metrics within the organization. This position will report directly to the Controller and participate in Accounting Department projects and goals. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 3-5 years accounting and financial analysis experience, substantial knowledge of ERP systems and excellent analytical, forecasting, reporting, modeling and organizational skills. Strong Microsoft Excel expertise is required along with the ability to manipulate and develop data into workable models and projections for use in the organization.

This individual will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of our facility with duties to include: sweeping, mopping and vacuuming; trash removal; bathroom cleaning; dusting; window cleaning; restocking and ordering supplies; burnishing, waxing and buffing floors; cleaning offices and meeting areas; cleaning company apartments; reporting maintenance needs; and maintaining a safe working environment. Position requires previous custodial experience; ability to operate cleaning equipment; attention to detail; and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
