Job Descriptions:

Delivery Driver — (Des Moines, IA)

This individual will assemble equipment, make deliveries, receive, unload, and check-in products, prepare orders to be shipped, and maintain upkeep of warehouse. Position requires a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, computer experience, and ability to lift 70 lbs on continuous basis. Forklift experience preferred, but willing to train.

Heavy Equipment Technician — (Bemidji, MN)

Individual would assist Rental and Service departments with servicing rental equipment including forklifts, scissor, and boom lifts, 2 & 4 stroke engines; and similar equipment in the field. Travel involves day trips. Position requires mechanical background, ability to lift up to 75lbs, and valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Territory Sales — (Duluth, MN)

Individual will be responsible for the sale and product support of industrial, construction, and residential construction equipment. Position requires two years of related outside sales experience, excellent communication skills, tool/equipment knowledge, and valid driver's license with clean driving record. Prefer experience working with general and HVAC contractors, industrial businesses, and home building/remodeling customers. Ideal candidate would possess a resilient and persistent sales personality to run his/her own territory and make cold calls.

Internet Tool Sales and Support — (Corporate Office- Grand Forks, ND)

Answer customer calls and emails, providing information on products and services; key order information; track information of shipments; and interact with Purchasing and Warehouse teams, and Vendors. This position requires excellent customer service and communication skills (phone and e-mail); strong computer and organizational skills; and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem solve. Tool and equipment knowledge is preferred, but willing to train.

Set-up, repairing and maintenance of laptop and desktop computers, as well as trouble-shooting printers and servers. Prior experience with Windows XP, Windows 7, and Server 2008 operating systems, strong communication and problem solving skills, and ability to lift 70 lbs. Microsoft Office and Macintosh operating systems experience a plus.

This individual will assist with all aspects of web based software development or support including coding, testing, implementation, documentation, and end user support; collaborate with other technical areas to integrate new and/or enhanced systems; and participate with the marketing team and IT staff in the design of projects and/or enhancements.
